citizens:
you have a monument. you must not wear tabards

Land owner:
if you have the monument and four members can take the title as the land owner
GM will then mark the boundaries of your land plot and you name it. you can wear tabards.

Lord/Lady:
must be a land owner.
to get the title of Lord/Lady you must take land from another land owner. war or diplomatic
you must build a wooden keep.
you can make laws of your country. and collect taxes. you must create a page on the forums.

Baron/ Baroness:
you have to be a lord
to get the title of Baron/ Baroness you must take land from another Lord. war or diplomatic
you must build a small keep and have an active trading post
you can make laws of your country. and collect taxes.

Count/ Countess:
you have to be a Baron
to get the title of Count/ Countess you must take land from another Baron. war or diplomatic
you must build a keep (GM will help you) and have an active trading post
